Have a client or a user that’s having a browser issue when viewing your site, but they aren’t technical enough to be able to provide you stats on the their browser and operating system? Wiffr is a microapp written by Brad Gessler that makes it a cinch to collect their exact stats.
Send the user to Wiffr, have them click the “New Wiff” button, and then they send you the URL it provides. You then visit that URL and you get a complete breakdown of all their browser stats. Here’s a wiff of my browser, for example.
